Google has announced that it is now free to sell on their Google Shopping platform! Now when users click on Google Shopping tab they should see mostly free product listings. Google has hundreds of millions of shopping inquiry searches a day, every day. If you are an existing merchant, there should be no action on your part and if you are new to the platform, Google promised to work it out within just a few weeks. New Google shopping users may enroll in the program by signing up for Google Merchant Center account and by activating surfaces across “Google feature” and then creating your product feed. Please note that Free product listings for now are only available for the US market.
